The Challenge
- Investors viewed fuel tanks, urea tanks, pallets, road safety products, and solar components as disconnected product lines rather than a cohesive platform.
- Manufacturing capacity, certifications, OEM relationships, and PAN-India facilities were underleveraged in the story.
- Expansion plans (new plants, machinery, new OEMs, solar entry) were not tied to capital deployment logic.
- IPO asks required clear linkage to tooling, capex, working capital, and GTM expansion.

- Shifted narrative from CAPEX-heavy expansion to disciplined scaling by mapping installed vs. utilized capacity across four plants, linking revenue upside to utilization gains before greenfield investment.
- Differentiated through single-source OEM relationships, long contracts, design IP, PPAP rigor, and in-house tooling, establishing engineering-led manufacturing moats against commodity plastic competitors.
