Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Team Flexbox collects when you use teamflexbox.com or get in touch with us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Team Flexbox (OPC) Private Limited (“Team Flexbox”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in India, based in Faridabad, Haryana. We decide how and why your personal data is used on this website, so we are responsible for it.

What we collect

What you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name and website, the service you’re interested in and your message. We keep a copy in our own database (Supabase) as well as in our email tool (Brevo).
• Booking a call: when you book through Calendly, your name, email address, the time you pick and any answers you add.
• Email, calls and meetings: whatever you choose to share with us, including your pitch deck, financials or other company documents if we work together.

Please don’t send us sensitive personal data (for example health or identity documents) through the website.

What we collect automatically

When you visit the site, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site that sent you. We and our analytics and advertising tools collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange and hold the calls you book.
• To deliver our services if you become a client, including preparing your materials and, only where you agree, sharing them with investors.
• To follow up on your enquiry and, from time to time, send you updates about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better, and to measure how our ads perform.
• To keep the site secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.

We use your data because you have given it to us for these purposes, because it’s needed to provide a service you asked for, or where the law requires or allows it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of the site for us: Brevo (contact form and email), Calendly (call booking), Supabase (our database for form copies and visitor statistics), Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), Meta (Meta Pixel) and Vercel (website hosting). They may only use it to provide their service to us.
• Investors and partners, only with your agreement, when we work on your raise.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
• Authorities, when the law requires us to.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is merged, sold or restructured. They would have to keep protecting your data in line with this policy.

Some of these providers store data outside India, for example in the United States or the European Union. Where that happens we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them for analytics (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager) and to measure our advertising (Meta Pixel), and you can switch them off (see below). The site doesn’t need any cookies to work, and we don’t use them to identify you by name.

Your choice: visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner first, and analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless they allow them. Elsewhere they are on by default. Anyone can change their choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Our own visitor statistics: when analytics is allowed, we store a random ID in your browser and record the pages you view, the site or campaign that sent you, time on page, how far you scroll, the buttons and links you click and when you start filling in a form, together with your country and device type (not your IP address). We use this only to improve the site. It is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and is never sold or used for advertising. If analytics is switched off, none of this is recorded.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on and manage Meta ads in your Meta ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example for tax and accounting records). After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• stop using it for updates or marketing, or withdraw any consent you gave.

Email nidhi@teamflexbox.com and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, and we limit access to the people who need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are meant for founders and businesses. They are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Calendly, LinkedIn and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
