The rules for using our website. Our services are covered by your engagement letter, we don't guarantee funding, payments are non-refundable, and any dispute starts with an email to us. Indian law applies.
These terms apply to your use of teamflexbox.com (the “website”), run by Team Flexbox (OPC) Private Limited (“Team Flexbox”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India and based in Faridabad, Haryana. By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Our services
The website describes the fundraising advisory and preparation services we offer: pitch decks, financial projections, fundraising support, investor relations and compliance support. When you hire us, the scope, timeline and fees are set out in your proposal or engagement letter. That agreement governs our work for you; if it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
Team Flexbox is not a stockbroker, investment adviser or registered intermediary, and we do not guarantee that you will raise funding, receive a term sheet or reach any particular valuation. Investment decisions are made by investors, not by us.
Fees and refunds
Fees are payable as set out in your proposal or engagement letter. Payments are non-refundable: once a payment for a service has been made, it is final and no refund will be issued.
Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to it. You must not:
- copy, republish, sell or redistribute our content, designs or case studies without our written permission;
- use our name, logo or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business;
- show our pages inside a frame on another website;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, case studies and sample deck designs, belongs to Team Flexbox or is used with permission from its owners. Client names, logos and results appear with our clients’ consent and remain theirs.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about our services, not financial, legal or investment advice. Figures such as funds raised or founders supported describe past work and are not a promise of future results. We may change or remove content at any time.
Links to other websites
The website links to other sites, such as Calendly, LinkedIn and YouTube. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our liability for services we provide to you is set out in your engagement letter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

How we collect and use personal data, including cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking to us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
