The challenge was to position Skope not just as another cloud kitchen operator, but as a tech-enabled, asset-light infrastructure platform poised to redefine food delivery economics in India.

The Challenge
- The cloud kitchen space is often viewed as low-margin and operationally heavy. Therefore, they needed to be positioned as a capital-efficient, scalable platform, not a kitchen operator.
- Their dual model of Managed Hubs and Partner Network required clear articulation to show asset-light scalability and unit economics.
- The “ghost kitchen” model has drawn skepticism due to hidden costs and poor unit economics. The model needed to demonstrate clear cost advantages and profitability.
- They had early validation, but the story needed to connect operational metrics to scalable, repeatable unit economics.
- The combination of an OS-driven approach, a centralized supply chain, and a hybrid kitchen network had to stand out in a crowded food-tech landscape.
